Bad Beethoven Volume 1 presents ten reinterpretations of Ludwig van Beethoven's most iconic themes.

In addition to the maestro's great works, this collection draws inspiration from many genres of music, including film score, hip-hop, pop, funk, R&B, and jazz.

Notes on the tracks:

• For Elise is a take on Für Elise.

• Fifth Symph borrows the iconic four note theme from the opening of Beethoven's 5th symphony.

• Moonlight is an arrangement of the 1st movement of The Moonlight Sonata

• Speed of Moonlight is a visit to the 3rd movement of that aforementioned sonata.

• Ode is a gentle rendition of the inspring Ode to Joy theme from the 9th Symphony.

• Waldstein's Groove is a play on the opening theme from Piano Sonata No. 21, also known as the Waldstein Sonata.

• Pastoral Pop is based on the introduction of the 6th Symphony.

• Sonata in Gee is a turn of Sonata No. 20 in G Major.

• Adagio is an adaptation of the second movement from the Pathetique Sonata.

• Minuet in Jazz is a jazzification of Minuet in G.
